Sales Consultant (Client Advisor)

As a Sales Consultant, you will be the first point of contact welcoming prospects and will be key in converting them into loyal members. This position requires an individual with exceptional communication skills, a friendly personality, and a deep understanding of fitness services. This position is available on a contract basis and is located in Depok, West Java, offering an opportunity to develop in the dynamic fitness industry.

• Welcome and greet every prospective member who comes to the fitness facility with warmth
• Conduct fitness needs consultations and gather information about prospects' health goals
• Present membership packages and services offered by PT. Avicenna Fitness Indonesia professionally and attractively
• Explain gym benefits and facilities, and offer fitness programs suited to individual needs
• Achieve membership sales targets set by the company
• Build long-term relationships with new members through consistent and personal follow-up
• Handle membership registration processes and paperwork neatly and professionally
• Provide information about current promotions and special offers
• Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and collect feedback for service improvement
• Collaborate with other fitness team members to ensure optimal member experience

• Minimum education: SMA/SMK or Diploma (D3) in any field
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as Sales Consultant, Sales Representative, or similar sales position
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in Indonesian language and preferably English
• Friendly, energetic personality with high customer service orientation
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close sales
• Understanding of the fitness or health industry is a plus
• Ability to handle objections and customer problems professionally
• Target-oriented with high motivation to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Proficient in computer use and CRM/sales database systems
• Neat, professional appearance with positive energy; flexibility in working hours including willingness to work during gym operating hours
