Security (Daily Worker)

To ensure the safety and security of guests, employees, property, and operational areas while maintaining a friendly and professional service.

• Monitor and maintain security throughout the operational area.
• Conduct regular patrols of guest, staff, parking, and restricted areas.
• Monitor guest and employee entry and exit.
• Assist in controlling access to restricted areas.
• Monitor CCTV and report any suspicious activity or incidents.
• Assist guests when needed and provide directions in a polite manner.
• Handle and report security incidents according to company SOP.
• Assist during emergencies, accidents, evacuations, and other unexpected situations.
• Maintain order during busy periods and special events.
• Check and secure company property and equipment.
• Record daily security activities and incidents in the logbook.
• Coordinate with the Security Supervisor and other departments when necessary.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and professional appearance.
• Follow all company rules, safety procedures, and security standards.

• Minimum high school/vocational school graduate.
• Previous security experience is preferred.
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Alert, disciplined, responsible, and honest.
• Able to remain calm and professional when handling incidents.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Able to join immediately is preferred.
