Telesales Supervisor

Central Medika Sehat is seeking a Telesales Supervisor to lead and supervise the telesales team, ensure sales targets are achieved, and drive team performance through effective coaching and leadership. 

• Supervise and monitor the daily performance of 13–15 telesales agents.
•  Coach, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve individual and team sales targets. 
•  Monitor sales activities and ensure compliance with company standards and procedures. 
•  Evaluate team performance and provide regular feedback for continuous improvement. 
•  Prepare sales performance reports and recommend strategies to improve productivity. 
•  Collaborate with other departments to support business objectives.

1. Experienced at least 2 years in the same position
2. Experienced in handling / monitoring 13 - 15 telesales agents
3. Experienced in E-commerce / Banking / Insurance are preferred
4. Strong in coaching & leadership skill
5. Versatile, young, energic & fast learner
6. Able to join as soon as posible.
