Staff Import

We are looking for an experienced Import Staff to join our team! To fill this position, you have to meet the following:

• Handle all import and export documents process (CIPL, BL, Form E, etc).
• Make draft PIB and prepared PIB payment (E-Billing).
• Communication and coordinating with importer and shipper related to document and shipment schedule.
• Determine HS Code based on existing documents (Cargo List).
• Responsible to manage end to end import and export process.
• Create and update report for every job shipment.
• Accompany the operational team to carry out inspections in the field.

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation or a related field is preferred.
• Must have 2-3 years experience in custom clearance of handling import shipment.
• Great knowledge in import & export documentation: draft PIB, Bill of Lading, Invoice & Packing List.
• Experienced working in the logistics / freight forwarding company.
• Good command of English, both spoken and written
