Assistant Marketing Manager ( Mandarin Speaker )

Canai Indonesia International is looking for an experienced professional to join as Mandarin Speaker - Assistant Marketing Manager.

• Prepare all materials and operational needs related to the Manager’s marketing activities
• Act as a liaison between the Manager and internal teams
• Prepare activity reports and work progress reports for the Manager
• Ensure all company procedures and policies are properly implemented by the team
• Assist the Marketing Manager in preparing annual or quarterly marketing strategies
• Build and maintain good relationships with clients, business partners, agencies, and promotional vendors
• Ensure all promotional and branding needs from external parties are fulfilled on time
• Coordinate with the design, digital marketing, and sales teams to ensure campaigns run according to plan
• Ensure promotional materials align with meeting outcomes and company objectives
• Support the Marketing Manager in executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities
• Contribute creative ideas to strengthen the company’s brand awareness
• Support Marketing Manager in campaigns & strategy
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners
• Manage reports, meetings, and promotional needs

• Bachelor’s Degree (Marketing/Management/Communication)
• 3–5 years experience in Marketing or Brand Management
• Fluent in English; Fluent in Mandarin is a Must
• Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office & digital marketing tools
• Willing to work on-site at Soho Capital West Jakarta
• Physically fit and mentally strong
• Preferably residing nearby
