Graphic Design Trainee

As a Graphic Design Trainee, you will support the Marketing & Communications team in creating visual content across multiple platforms. This role is ideal for someone passionate about design and eager to develop their skills in a professional hospitality environment. You will gain hands-on experience working on real projects while learning about branding, content creation, and visual storytelling.

1. Design Support

• Assist in creating visual materials such as social media content, promotional assets, brochures, and website graphics. 
• Support the team in adapting designs across different formats and platforms. 

2. Brand Application

• Follow brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all design outputs for both corporate and property-level branding. 
• Assist in maintaining visual identity across multiple brands within the group. 

3. Photography & Editing

• Support basic photography and videography tasks when needed. 
• Assist in photo editing, resizing, and layout adjustments. 

4. Learning & Development

• Stay updated with design trends and tools. 
• Take initiative to learn and improve creative and technical skills through feedback and hands-on experience. 

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. 
• Basic knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, or Canva. 
• A strong interest in design, branding, photography editing, and visual storytelling. 
• Good communication skills in English (basic working proficiency is sufficient). 
• Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn. 
• A portfolio (academic or personal projects accepted). 
• Must have access to a personal laptop and relevant design software to support day-to-day tasks. 

Nice to Have

• Basic knowledge of video editing or motion graphics. 
• Interest in photography or content creation.
