Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :
- Lead and oversee the Creative Account Executive, Planner, and Creative Design teams.
- Translate client briefs into clear strategic directions and creative solutions.
- Ensure alignment between client needs → strategy → idea → creative output → execution.
- Lead brainstorming, strategic planning, and creative development processes.
- Review and maintain the quality of proposals, creative concepts, presentations, and team deliverables.
- Act as the escalation point for client needs and project-related problem-solving.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Manage team workload, priorities, and capacity.
- Provide direction, coaching, mentoring, and regular feedback to team members.
- Develop team capabilities and monitor individual performance.
- Collaborate with the Activation Manager to ensure creative concepts are feasible and well-executed.
- Coordinate with the Finance and Management teams regarding project feasibility and requirements.
- Ensure project development timelines and deliverables are achieved.
- Identify potential business development and project opportunities.
Kualifikasi Pekerjaan :
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Creative Agency, Advertising Agency, Brand Activation, Event Agency, or Marketing Communication industry.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role.
- Strong background in Account Management, Strategic Planning, and/or Creative Development.
- Proven experience in leading and developing a team.
- Strong understanding of branding, campaigns, creative strategy, and brand activation.
- Strong strategic and creative thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong client relationship management skills.
- Able to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- High level of leadership, ownership, and accountability.
- Collaborative, proactive, and solution-oriented.
- Basic understanding of project management and budgeting is a plus.
