Chief Accounting

The Chief Accounting is responsible for overseeing financial reporting, accounting policies, and internal controls across the organization. This role ensures compliance with financial regulations, leads cross-functional teams, and provides strategic financial insights to support business decisions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical accounting expertise, leadership experience, and excellent communication skills. This role plays a critical part in maintaining the company's financial integrity and driving business growth.

• Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
•  Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. 
•  Maintain compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies. 
•  Develop, implement, and monitor internal control procedures to safeguard company assets. 
•  Supervise and mentor the accounting team to ensure efficient workflow and continuous development. 
•  Manage budgeting, cash flow monitoring, and financial forecasting. 
•  Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure audit readiness. 
•  Monitor financial performance and provide recommendations to improve operational efficiency and profitability. 
•  Ensure accurate reconciliation of accounts and timely resolution of financial discrepancies. 
•  Collaborate with other departments to support business operations and strategic decision-making. 

·      Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar Chief Accounting or senior accounting role, preferably in the hospitality industry (Beach Club/Day Club) or F&B sector

·      Proven experience in auditing and administration, with a strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance

·      Strong knowledge of accounting systems, including VHP (Visual Hotel Property) or similar property management systems

·      Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and provide strategic financial insights
