• Welcome guests warmly and provide excellent customer service at all times.
• Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional manner.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by creating a positive and memorable experience.
• Provide accurate information about the venue, events, promotions, and services.
• Maintain good communication and coordination with all operational departments.
• Handle guest relations activities and support smooth daily operations.
• Ensure cleanliness, grooming, and appearance standards are maintained.
• Build strong relationships with guests and maintain a friendly atmosphere.
• Assist in handling reservations, guest lists, and VIP arrangements when needed.

• Minimum High School/Vocational School graduate.
• Good looking and well-groomed appearance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, energetic, and service-oriented personality.
• Able to speak English both verbal and written is an advantage.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork and positive attitude.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Previous experience in hospitality, nightlife, or F&B industry is preferred.
• Able to handle guest complaints and requests professionally.
