Marketing Staff

PT Iljin Indonesia is seeking a Marketing Staff to support sales growth in the plastic manufacturing industry.

This role focuses on market development, customer coordination, and sales administration for LDPE,HDPE,and PP products serving industrial clients.

• Identify, develop, and monitor new market opportunities.
• Communicate and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Prepare quotations, manage sales documents, and support sales administration.
• Analyze customer needs and recommend suitable product solutions.
• Support promotional activities, branding, and marketing campaigns.
• Collect, process, and report marketing activity data regularly.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met accurately.

• Good communication skills and professional attitude.
• Able to understand customer needs and translate them into solutions.
• Organized and comfortable handling documentation and follow-ups.
• Able to work with targets, timelines, and multiple stakeholders.
• Basic understanding of sales or marketing processes is a plus.
