English Translator / Interpreter

We are looking for an English Translator / Interpreter to support the Company’s communication and coordination activities in English. The role will be responsible for providing interpretation and translation support during meetings, discussions, presentations, and business activities, as well as assisting internal teams in communicating effectively with clients, business partners, and other relevant parties.

The position will also handle written and verbal communication in English, including emails, documents, online meetings, phone calls, and messaging. The successful candidate should be able to convey information accurately and professionally while adapting to different business situations and communication needs.

• Provide English interpretation during meetings, discussions, presentations, and negotiations.
• Translate documents and business-related materials between English and Indonesian.
• Support communication between internal teams and clients, business partners, or other relevant parties.
• Ensure information is communicated clearly, accurately, and appropriately according to the context.
• Assist with English communication through emails, online meetings, phone calls, and messaging.
• Support coordination and follow-up on matters requiring English communication.
• Maintain confidentiality of business information and documents.

• Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1)
• Preferably available for placement in the Jabodetabek area
• Good command of English, particularly speaking and listening
• Able to communicate clearly and professionally in English
• Proficient in English ↔ Indonesian interpretation
• Confident in meetings, discussions, presentations, and business communication
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Responsive, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a dynamic environment
• Previous experience as a Translator/Interpreter is an advantage
