House Care

We are currently seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and responsible House Care staff member to support cleanliness, cooking, safety, and comfort at Stala Growth & Wellbeing Centre in Jimbaran, Bali. The successful candidate will ensure that all areas of the centre remain clean, organised, and conducive to a healthy and welcoming environment.

1. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of all rooms, according to health and safety standards.
2. Perform daily cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, disinfecting surfaces, and waste disposal.
3. Able to prepare and cook meals according to needs while maintaining cleanliness and proper food hygiene standards.
4. Ensure that cleaning supplies and equipment are properly maintained and report any shortages or damages to the supervisor.
5. Support room setup for activities, sessions, or events when needed.
6. Monitor and maintain overall tidiness to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for children, parents, and staff.
7. Assist with basic maintenance coordination by reporting any facility issues (e.g., plumbing, lighting, repairs).
8. Follow workplace safety procedures and maintain professionalism at all times.

• Minimum high school graduate (SMA/SMK or equivalent).
• Knowledge of basic cleaning procedures and hygiene standards.
• Physically fit and able to perform cleaning duties.
• Working Hours : Monday – Friday: 08:00 – 18:00 WITA (Break 2 Hours) & Sunday: 09:00 – 12:00 WITA
