Quality Control Staff

We’re seeking a reliable Quality Control Staff based in Bali to ensure seamless live sports broadcasts. You’ll monitor live sports games, communicate with clients, and maintain high standards during flexible shifts scheduled around live Australian sports events, with weekends being the busiest.

• Monitor live sports broadcasts and maintain strong focus for extended periods, ensuring full games are reviewed accurately.
• Communicate clearly and professionally in written and spoken English with clients via Slack.
• Listen to and understand live commentary or referee communications when required to support quality checks.
• Use basic computer tools (training provided) and learn internal systems to carry out quality control and operational tasks efficiently.

• Basic understanding of computer and software alike
• Strong written and spoken English skills.
• Full-time availability with excellent punctuality.
• Good understanding of sports such as football, Australian Football, rugby league, and cricket is highly preferred but not essential. 
• Eagerness to learn
• Bali resident preferred. Office only and no remote/hybrid options.
