Quality Assurance Staff (QMS Audit Specialist)

As a Quality Management System (QMS) Specialist, you will be responsible for handling and following up on all QMS-related matters and documents. You will ensure that all processes across departments comply with regulatory requirements and established standards. Additionally, you will play a key role in conducting internal and external audits and facilitating continuous improvement programs within the company.

1. Handle and follow up all QMS matters/documents
2. Implement QMS and maintain the full QMS of the company to ensure all department processes comply with the regulatory requirement
3. Establish/execute internal and external audit of QMS
4. Maintain documented procedure to control all document and records that are related to the requirement of ISO and the regulatory requirements
5. Participate in following up audit findings in each department and external audits
6. Audit and deal with certify bodies for the certification procedure
7. Facilitate, monitor, and review continuous improvement programs running in the company

1. Good in operating Microsoft Office (at least Ms. Word, Excel, PPT)
2. Good communication skill, willing to learn and ability work effectively in a team environment
3. Good interpersonal skills, strong personality, and a person who can make continuous improvement of quality
4. Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and standards (e.g., ISO 9001)
5. Knowledge in QA procedures and understandings of manufacturing process in industry and audit inspection is a must
6. Fluent English in speaking and writing

1. Minimum 1 year experience in internal and external QMS auditing
2. Candidate must possess at least Diploma's degree of any field
