We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive PPJK Staff to support and manage customs clearance and freight forwarding operations. You will handle both import and export documentation processes, liaise with Customs, and ensure full compliance with regulations. This role requires a strong understanding of customs systems and the ability to work both independently and within a team.

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :

1. Coordinate import and export clearance procedures 2. Supervise document processing and customer service coordination 3. Verify import/export permits, HS Codes, and related shipping documents 4. Prepare and manage customs documentation including PEB, PIB, SPPB, SPJM, SSM, and billing 5. Update and share regulatory changes related to customs clearance 6. Monitor clearance status and provide progress updates 7. Handle RCEP, Form E, and other FTA-related documentation when required 8. Resolve issues arising during the clearance process 9. Oversee customs operational activities and team coordination 10. Manage container movement in delivery and stuffing with the trucking team

Kualifikasi Pekerjaan :

- Minimum 2 years of experience in customs clearance and freight forwarding - Certified PPJK (Customs Broker) preferred

Keahlian yang dibutuhkan :

Strong knowledge of customs procedures PEB, PIB, SPPB, SPJM, etc. - Proficient in EDI, INSW, CEISA 4.0, SSM, SLIM - Familiar with HS Code classification and shipping documentation - Understanding of Bea Cukai systems and exportimport regulatory
