Business Analyst

This is a contract-based, on-site position for a Business Analyst located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The role focuses on analyzing business needs, improving business processes, and supporting strategic decision-making through data-driven insights. 

• Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Gather, document, and manage business requirements from stakeholders.
• Conduct detailed business and system analysis to support project objectives.
• Communicate analysis results, insights, and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
• Prepare reports and documentation to support management decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business goals and implemented solutions.

• Strong analytical skills with proven experience in IT Business Analysis.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the insurance industry (mandatory).
• Proven ability to gather, document, and analyze Business Requirements and Business Processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder management.
• Experience in preparing reports and supporting data-driven decisions.
• Willing and able to work on-site in Jakarta, Indonesia.
