Rp 6 - 9 JutaPT Yongwang Electronics Indonesia (TCL Indonesia) is seeking a Compensation & Benefit Senior to manage payroll operations and compensation systems. This role is responsible for ensuring payroll accuracy, regulatory compliance, and effective management of compensation and benefit programs aligned with company objectives.
Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :
- Manage payroll processes in accordance with company compensation and benefit policies
- Develop and implement compensation and benefit systems and procedures aligned with business goals
- Manage and monitor HR databases, including HRIS/GREATDAY and attendance systems
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and employment regulations, including PPh 21
- Develop and implement job classification systems
- Manage compensation and benefit program budgets efficiently
Kualifikasi Pekerjaan :
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Management, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits, preferably in the Electronics industry.
- English is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and able to compile data reports.
- Accustomed to operating, verifying, and monitoring large amounts of data.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
