Senior Recruiter

Matcha Talent is seeking a Senior Recruiter to support a fast-growing company in the consumer electronics and smart technology industry. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, partnering with department leaders, and ensuring timely, data-driven hiring aligned with business expansion needs.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Corporate Support functions
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, job portals, social media, and headhunting methods
• Build and maintain a sustainable talent pipeline for recurring and strategic positions
• Partner with HR Manager and Department Heads to define job requirements, competencies, and candidate profiles
• Lead structured interviews using behavioral and competency-based assessment methods
• Provide regular recruitment funnel reports and hiring analytics (Time-to-Hire, Cost-per-Hire, Quality-of-Hire)
• Handle offer negotiation, compensation benchmarking, and employment contract preparation
• Coordinate with the HR team to ensure smooth onboarding and transition processes

• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition
• Experience hiring within Consumer Electronics, FMCG, or fast-paced technology environments
• Experience handling high-volume recruitment and executive-level searches
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Strong competency in behavioral interviewing techniques (e.g., STAR method) and structured assessment frameworks
• Professional working proficiency in English
