Senior Merchandiser

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Senior Merchandiser to lead merchandising operations, planning, and inventory management. This role requires strong analytical skills, leadership experience, and the ability to build efficient workflows and processes.

• Lead and manage merchandising operations and team performance
• Develop merchandise plans aligned with sales targets and business goals
• Oversee inventory planning and forecasting to ensure optimal stock levels
• Analyze sales and inventory data to support strategic decision-making
• Establish and improve workflows, timelines, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of merchandising strategies

• Minimum 6 years of experience as a Merchandiser
• At least 3 years of experience in a management or leadership role
• Experience on the buyer side with brands such as H&M, GAP, Uniqlo, Target, or similar is preferred
• Strong experience in merchandise planning and inventory forecasting is a major advantage
• Experience in data analysis and performance tracking is a plus
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to structure workflows, timelines, and SOPs
• Good English communication skills
• Willing to work full-time onsite in Bali
