Operational Manager QSR

Responsible for overseeing and managing daily outlet operations to ensure operational efficiency and excellent service standards. Drives sales performance to achieve targeted revenue, profit, and operational KPIs while controlling operational costs including COGS, labor cost, and overhead in line with the approved budget. Ensures product quality, hygiene standards, and brand consistency are maintained, and guarantees strict compliance with food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and hygiene regulations in accordance with company policies.

• Oversee and manage daily outlet operations to ensure efficiency and service excellence
• Drive sales performance and achieve revenue, profit, and operational KPIs
• Control operational costs (COGS, labor cost, and overhead) in line with budget targets
• Maintain product quality, hygiene standards, and brand consistency
• Ensure strict implementation of food safety standards, sanitation procedures and hygiene compliance in accordance with company policy and government regulations
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and enhance customer experience
• Monitor outlet performance through daily, weekly, and monthly reporting analysis
• Lead, coach, and develop operational teams to achieve high performance
• Ensure full compliance with SOPs, company standards, and government regulations
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and HR departments

• Minimum Bachelor's degree from any major.
• Have a minimum 5 years of work experience in food and beverage company.
• Fluent in English.
• Have analytical and problem solving skills.
• Able to work under pressure and target oriented.
• Have ability to lead, delegate, train and provide motivation to increase employee loyalty.
