Store Leader
PT Ceria Jusindo Nusantara (Boost Juice Indonesia) is currently looking for an Assistant Manager position who will act as Store Leader.
Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :
- Manage and oversee all aspects of store operations.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team to achieve operational excellence.
- Ensure the achievement of sales targets and implement effective sales strategies.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and cleanliness in accordance with company SOPs.
- Monitor and control key operational metrics such as labor cost, food cost, and COGS.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and manage stock levels.
- Prepare and submit daily and weekly operational reports.
- Act as a communication bridge between outlet staff and upper management.
Kualifikasi Pekerjaan :
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in any field
- Minimal Experience 2 years in retail F&B (Preferably Store Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent).
- Mastering F&B’s strategy in PNL, Labor Cost, Food Cost and COGS, Inventory Stock Opname & Excellence Service.
