Cook

PT Cinta Rasa manages Cafe Bali, a dining establishment focused on delivering quality food and a comfortable dining experience. The Cook position is responsible for preparing and cooking menu items according to restaurant standards while ensuring consistent taste, food quality, and proper kitchen hygiene to support daily kitchen operations.

•  Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and kitchen standards
•  Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet restaurant requirements
•  Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of the kitchen and food preparation areas
•  Apply food safety and hygiene procedures during food preparation and cooking processes
•  Assist in stock checking and basic inventory control of kitchen ingredients
•  Coordinate with the kitchen team to support efficient food preparation and service flow 

•  Minimum education Senior High School or equivalent
•  Minimum 1 year experience as a cook in a restaurant or hotel environment
•  Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen hygiene standards
•  Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistent food quality and presentation
•  Understanding of basic food safety and sanitation procedures
•  Ability to communicate and coordinate with kitchen team members
•  Willing to work with shift schedules including weekends and public holidays
