Rp 7 - 11 JutaThe Bar Manager is responsible for overseeing overall bar operations at Omma Dayclub Bali, including beverage quality control, bar team performance, and sales achievement, to ensure a consistent guest experience aligned with the company’s hospitality standards and brand concept.
Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :
- Manage daily bar operations to ensure efficient service flow and operational consistency.
- Coordinate, supervise, and evaluate the performance of bartenders and bar staff.
- Develop and update beverage menus, including cocktails and seasonal drink programs.
- Plan, monitor, and control beverage inventory, ordering, and stock rotation.
- Manage beverage cost control and support bar profitability targets.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards in bar operations.
- Analyze bar sales performance and prepare regular operational reports.
- Handle guest feedback and complaints related to bar services in accordance with company procedures.
- Ensure all bar activities comply with internal SOPs and applicable regulations.
- Collaborate with management and other departments to enhance the overall guest experience.
Kualifikasi Pekerjaan :
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in bar operations, including at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of beverages, including cocktails, spirits, wines, and current beverage trends.
- Proven experience in beverage menu development and cost calculation.
- Solid understanding of inventory management systems and bar profitability control.
- Ability to lead and manage a bar team within structured operational targets.
- Professional communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Experience in preparing structured bar sales and operational reports.
