PT. Icon Commodities Indonesia is currently looking for a friendly, organized, and proactive Receptionist cum Admin to be the face of our office and support our daily administrative operations. This role is essential in ensuring a smooth and professional front-office experience for guests and efficient office administration.

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :

• Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner. • Answer and route incoming phone calls. • Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages. • Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and office supply management. • Maintain a clean and organized reception area and meeting room. • Book flight and hotel accommodation. • Support other departments with administrative tasks when needed.

Kualifikasi Pekerjaan :

• Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK), diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred in Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related fields. • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
