Business Development

We are looking for a professional to manage sales planning, business development, and corporate partnerships. The role includes supervising factory operations, coordinating material planning, and supporting the implementation of corporate strategies. The candidate will also maintain effective communication with partners and contribute to improving team performance and overall business growth.

• Perform sales management and planning tasks
• Manage business development and future partnerships
• Supervise factory operations and material planning
• Maintain corporate communication and relationships
• Develop and finalize corporate strategies and leadership initiatives
• Execute team performance and management methods

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering
• Proficient in AutoCAD and understanding of technical drawings
• Strong leadership and communication skills (5+ years preferred)
• Familiarity with metal mat systems
• Experience with international or industrial projects
• Team-oriented with strong self-management skills
