Sales Engineer

As a Sales Engineer at PT MULTI PERSADA TRAKTOR, you will helping the company's sales growth and strengthening its market presence in Indonesia. This full-time position requires a dynamic individual with a strong background in sales and technical expertise to effectively promote and sell the company's range of products and services to a diverse customer base.

• Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within your designated territory
• Engage with potential customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions
• Introduce products to customers, follow their inquiries and all sales activities related of units and spare parts
• Review the quotations submitted to customers to insure that they meet the customer requirements
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals while maintaining strong relationships with clients
• Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction
• Prepare and submit periodical sales reports to Director
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product updates, and competitor activities

• Minimum D3/S1 in all major
• Having minimum 1 year experience as Sales/Marketing in Heavy Equipment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers
• Ability to understand technical specifications and translate them into customer-friendly solutions
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
• Highly motivated and able to work as a team
• Have driving license (SIM A & C), preferred have own car or motorcycle
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbal and written (Mandarin will be advantages)
