Sales Marketing
PT Riddhi & Zarana Group is seeking a Sales Marketing professional to handle sales activities for submersible pump products. This role focuses on achieving sales targets, managing customer relationships, and supporting business development in the industrial market segment.

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :
• Build strong relationships with customers, distributors, and contractors.
• Provide technical advice and solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Identify new business opportunities through market research and competitor analysis.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate deals, and follow up on orders until delivery.
• Collaborate with technical and after-sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Attend exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events.
Kualifikasi Pekerjaan :
• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
• 2+ years experience in pump sales or related industrial products.
• Technical knowledge of submersible pumps is a must.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Active driver’s license (SIM A/C) and willingness to travel.
• Familiar with MS Office and CRM tools.
• English proficiency is a plus.
