Sales Representative

PT Inspira Adhi Mitra is looking for a driven and professional Sales to manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to project monitoring and reporting. This role focuses on building long-term, trusted relationships with clients by understanding their marketing needs and business goals.

1. Conduct market research to identify potential clients.
2. Build and maintain a database of prospective clients.
3. Develop and execute strategies to approach and engage clients.
4. Meet clients to discuss their advertising and marketing needs.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to develop campaigns aligned with client briefs and budgets.
6. Present products, campaign ideas, analytical reports, and cost proposals to clients.
7. Brief the creative team on campaign objectives and requirements.
8. Manage project timelines, account budgets, and client invoicing.
9. Carry out promotional activities at hospitals, clinics, schools, and universities.

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in a relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales, preferably in advertising or marketing companies.
• Proven ability to generate sales independently.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Confident, target-oriented, and self-motivated.
• Strong administrative and reporting skills.
