Rp 6 - 7 JutaPT Global Media Dev ID is looking for an experienced E-Commerce Marketing Specialist to manage and grow our fashion/sportswear brand across multiple online platforms. This role focuses on driving traffic, increasing conversions, and maximizing online sales through effective digital marketing and e-commerce strategies.
Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :
- Plan, execute, and monitor e-commerce marketing strategies to increase traffic, conversion rates, and online sales.
- Manage daily e-commerce operations, including product uploads, pricing updates, promotions, and stock coordination.
- Optimize product listings, visuals, and descriptions to improve visibility and sales performance across marketplaces and social commerce platforms.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) aligned with brand and sales objectives.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure consistent brand identity and visual standards across all digital channels.
- Analyze e-commerce and campaign performance to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
- Research and apply relevant digital marketing trends, influencer collaborations, and promotional strategies.
- Prepare monthly performance reports covering ad results, engagement metrics, conversion rates, and sales performance.
Kualifikasi Pekerjaan :
- Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce and digital marketing, preferably within the fashion or lifestyle industry.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce operations and marketing — including product listing, campaign setup, promotions, pricing strategies, and performance tracking.
- Skilled in managing social media platforms such as Instagram and TikTok to drive traffic and conversions, including experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Proficient in using Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and e-commerce dashboards (such as Tokopedia, Shopee, and TikTokShop).
- Able to develop and execute digital campaigns that boost product visibility, sales, and customer engagement.
- Creative, analytical, and trend-aware, with the ability to align content and promotions with a sporty and modern brand image.
- Basic understanding of SEO/SEM and influencer marketing is a plus.
- Strong communication, storytelling, and copywriting skills for digital audiences.
- Comfortable working with sales targets, campaign deadlines, and a fast-paced environment.
