Arysun is launching a new MSME sales channel targeting small businesses with high electricity usage (restaurants, cafés, laundries, schools, mini-markets, workshops).

We need a hands-on MSME Sales Executive to conduct field outreach, penetrate MSME networks, and build a strong, recurring sales pipeline.

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :

  • Identify and map high-potential MSME clusters.
  • Conduct direct field outreach: walk clusters, engage owners, and build trust.
  • Build and maintain a structured pipeline from outreach to closing.
  • Perform basic site checks and recommend suitable solar packages.
  • Present Arysun’s solutions clearly to MSME owners and support negotiations.
  • Grow referral channels through customers, neighboring shops, suppliers, WA groups, and local community leaders.
  • Attend MSME gatherings and local events to expand visibility.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, and Product to ensure smooth installations and share field insights.
  • Contribute to monthly installation targets and MSME channel profitability.

Kualifikasi Pekerjaan :

  • 1-3 years’ experience in MSME/B2B field sales, telco, or FMCG route-to-market.
  • Strong field presence and confidence approaching MSME owners.
  • Understanding of MSME operations and decision-making.
  • Self-driven, persistent, and structured in pipeline management.
  • Bonus: basic knowledge of solar/electrical loads (training provided).
  • English is a must.
