Math Teacher / Guru Matematika

A for Effort Tutoring is a premium tutoring center specializing in international and national curricula. The Math Teacher role focuses on delivering on-site mathematics instruction in English through personalized lessons to support students’ academic progress and exam readiness.

• Teach Mathematics for upper elementary to high school students
• Deliver higher-level Mathematics lessons based on student needs
• Prepare students for international and national curriculum assessments
• Develop lesson plans aligned with individual learning objectives
• Monitor and document student progress and learning outcomes
• Coordinate with the academic team to maintain teaching standards

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field (Master’s degree a plus).
• Advanced subject knowledge and ability to teach higher-level math (experience teaching IB, A-Level, is preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of teaching/tutoring experience preferred.
• Native or near-native English proficiency (minimum 8/10 rating).
• Willingness to work evenings and Saturdays.
• Willing to work overtime if needed.
• Committed to working full-time on-site (40 hours/week).
