Business Marketing Manager

We are seeking a passionate and strategic Business Marketing Manager to lead and expand our outreach and impact.
Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :
- Develop and implement comprehensive commercial strategies aligned with Bumi Journey’s mission and goals
- Lead marketing, business development, and partnership initiatives to drive brand growth
- Mentor and manage the sales team, ensuring performance targets are achieved
- Design and execute creative marketing campaigns across digital and offline platforms
- Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities
- Build and nurture a strong professional network to support strategic goals
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights
- Collaborate with internal departments to align commercial initiatives with operational execution
Kualifikasi Pekerjaan :
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
- 3–5 years of progressive experience in marketing, business development, or sales
- Proven commercial acumen with a strong grasp of business strategy and market positioning
