PT. Rencana Inovasi Cipta Ekonomi is a consulting company focused on business development and technology-driven solutions. This role supports the company’s digital marketing activities and the personal branding of the founders through structured content planning, creation, and execution across multiple digital platforms.

• Develop content ideas, concepts, and content calendars for company digital platforms.
• Write scripts, captions, and copy for social media and marketing materials.
• Create and manage digital content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and blogs.
• Write and publish blog articles on a regular basis according to the content strategy.
• Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Assist in managing and growing the founders’ personal brand through targeted digital content.
• Conduct research on content trends and social media developments to improve audience reach.
• Coordinate with internal teams in content planning, production, and evaluation processes.

• Fresh graduates or final-year students from relevant academic backgrounds.
• Basic skills in content writing, copywriting, and script development.
• Understanding of social media platforms for branding and marketing purposes.
• Ability to use basic content creation and content management tools.
• Portfolio of content (social media, articles, or relevant projects) is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of content marketing and digital marketing concepts.
• Willing to work in a hybrid arrangement and based in or willing to be placed in Surabaya.
