Digital Marketing Specialist

Samudra Agency is a digital agency focused on data-driven performance marketing. The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, improving conversion rates through landing page optimization, and analyzing campaign performance to support client business goals.

• Manage and optimize Meta Ads(Facebook/Instagram) with Leads, WhatsApp, and Conversion objectives
• Manage and optimize Google Ads(Search, with Display/YouTube as an added value)
• Develop campaign structures including objectives, audience/keywords, placements, bidding, budgets, and schedules
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, ad copy, audiences, landing pages, and offers
• Monitor daily performance metrics including CPM, CTR, CPC, CPL/CPA, and ROAS based on targets
• Develop scaling and retargeting strategies based on performance data
• Set up and validate conversion tracking using Meta Pixel, GA4, and Google Tag Manager
• Analyze campaign data and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights
• Perform quick landing page adjustments including headlines, CTAs, forms, and basic layouts
• Create landing page variations for simple A/B testing purposes
• Edit simple ad creatives using CapCut(video trimming, resizing, subtitles, and aspect ratios)

• Hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns
• Strong understanding of performance marketing concepts, funnels, retargeting, and conversion optimization
• Ability to analyze advertising data and interpret performance metrics
• Experience editing landing pages using WordPress(Elementor/Gutenberg) or basic HTML/CSS
• Ability to use CapCut for basic digital advertising creative needs
• Familiarity with KPI- and data-driven performance targets
• Experience managing recurring ad budgets is a plus
