Manager Marketing

As a Marketing Manager at PT. Bukwang Textile Indonesia, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to strengthen brand awareness and drive sales. You will oversee the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including brochures, social media content, and digital advertisements, while also analyzing market trends and consumer behavior to identify new opportunities and refine marketing initiatives. 

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales
• Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing collateral, including brochures, social media content, and digital ads
• Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify new opportunities and refine marketing efforts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing activities
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data to inform future decisions
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging marketing technologies
• Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals to ensure high-quality work and professional development

• Minimum 10 years of experience in a marketing management role, preferably within the marketing and communications industry Footwaer Shoes
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform strategic decision-making
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Proficient in digital marketing tools and technologies, including social media, content management, and analytics platforms
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
