Marketing & Community Lead

HeliiX is a premium padel club focused on building strong community, high-quality experiences, and a distinctive brand presence.

We are looking for a Marketing & Community Lead to own and grow our brand, content, and player engagement.

This is not a basic social media role. This role requires ownership, creativity, and strong on-ground involvement. 

 • Lead brand positioning and marketing strategy 

 • Plan and execute Instagram-first content (posts, stories, reels)

 • Build and manage player and community engagement

 • Organize and execute events, activations, and collaborations

 • Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and partners

 • Ensure a consistent, premium brand experience online and on-site

 • Experience in marketing, branding, content, or community management

 • Strong understanding of Instagram and lifestyle/sports content

 • Comfortable engaging directly with players, coaches, and partners

 • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia (English is a plus)

 • Willing to work weekends and evenings when required

 • Interest in sports or padel is a strong advantage
