Content Creator Specialist

We are looking for a creative and proactive Content Creator Specialist to join our growing real estate team. • Content & Marketing Production: Produce high-quality asset materials and creative content for the company's channels.
• Team Collaboration: Actively work alongside the marketing and creative teams to brainstorm and execute campaigns.
• On-Site Production: Serve as active production crew, remaining on standby for all on-site shoot logistics and duties.
• Brand & SEO Alignment: Ensure all produced content aligns perfectly with official brand identity and SEO guidelines.
• Social Media Management: Manage day-to-day operations of social media accounts and maintain content calendars.
• Strategy Execution: Develop and execute creative content strategies to grow digital presence.
• Digital Asset Creation: Create engaging written and visual content tailored for digital platforms.

• Minimum 1 year experience (fresh graduates with strong portfolio may apply).
• Able to operate professional cameras and drones for both photography and videography workflows.
• Versatile across platforms: Premiere, Final Cut, or CapCut, though solid experience in DaVinci Resolve is highly valued.
• Fluent in tools like Photoshop, Figma, or Canva, with a strong preference for Adobe Illustrator mastery.
• Strong communication, creativity, teamwork, and time management.
• Understands social media platforms and content strategy.
• Proficient in spoken and written English
