Digital Marketing (Customer Support Associate)

FDManager is a SaaS platform focused on business management solutions. This position supports the company’s digital growth strategy by combining marketing execution, customer engagement, and light support coordination. The role is designed for early-career professionals seeking hands-on experience in digital campaigns, user acquisition, and client support within a fast-scaling tech environment.

• Support digital marketing initiatives, including campaign preparation, content creation, and basic optimization across LinkedIn and other channels.
• Assist in identifying prospects, conducting outreach, and helping convert leads into active subscribers.
• Perform research on market trends, audience behavior, and competitor activities to strengthen campaign planning.
• Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Perplexity) to support research, copywriting, and content ideation.
• Coordinate with the development team to manage support issues, generate and monitor tickets, and ensure timely resolution.
• Handle customer onboarding, respond to inquiries, and provide basic product guidance.
• Track campaign metrics, sales-related data, and support outcomes to produce reports and actionable insights.
• Contribute ideas to enhance product visibility, user experience, and community engagement.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates or up to 2 years of experience in digital marketing, sales, or customer support.
• Strong command of English (spoken and written).
• Familiarity with digital advertising platforms, social media tools, or basic CRM systems.
• Able to create basic marketing visuals or short videos using Canva.
• Comfortable using AI tools for research and content generation.
• Advantageous experience: SaaS or subscription-based businesses, helpdesk/ticketing systems, digital campaign managers (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
• Willing to work on-site in Jakarta Selatan with a hybrid arrangement.
