KOL Specialist

PBL is currently looking for KOL Specialist. Currently focusing on the TikTok e-commerce market. We need you as a "local connector" to connect our brand/products with the hottest influencers in Indonesia. 

If you have experience in the beauty industry or at an agency in similar role, this opportunity could be the right fit for you.

• Create affiliate marketing plan and program for Tiktok and Shopee
• Promote, conduct research affiliate links through social media and e-commerce platforms trends
• Direct approach the potential affiliators and MCN
• Calculate and tracking budget for healthy ratio
• Prepare reports, analyze results, interpret trends, give insights and recommend improvement on affiliate activities and overall program

• Have at least 2-3 years experience in the digital campaign, KOL or affiliate relation
• Able to analyze data and spot trends
• Have the ability to develop strategic affiliate marketing plans
• Experience in budgeting, allocating resources, and managing costs
• Excellent multitasking skills, communication skills, attention to details
