English Translator

China Wu Yi Co., Ltd is an international construction company operating through its Indonesia Representative Office in Jakarta Selatan. The English Translator supports cross-border communication by translating technical construction documents, preparing formal correspondence, and assisting administrative documentation used by internal departments and international stakeholders.

•  Translate technical construction documents such as Bills of Quantities (BoQ), Technical Specifications, and Method Statements between Indonesian and English.
•  Prepare and proofread formal English correspondence including letters, emails, and official reports for the Representative Office.
•  Attend project or progress meetings and produce accurate Minutes of Meeting (MoM) in professional English.
•  Assist in translating Indonesian labor regulations, permits, and ISO-related documentation to support regulatory compliance.
•  Provide translation and documentation support for HR and Finance departments related to international reporting or audits.
•  Support communication between the Indonesia Representative Office, local authorities, and international partners through accurate written translation. 

•  Bachelor’s degree (S1) from a relevant field.
•  Advanced English proficiency in written and verbal communication with the ability to prepare formal documents and professional reports.
•  Official English proficiency certificate from a recognized institution such as TOEFL or TOEIC with a minimum TOEFL score of 550 or equivalent C1–C2 level.
•  Ability to translate between English and Bahasa Indonesia; Mandarin language capability is an advantage.
•  Understanding of common construction terminology such as subcontractor, site plan, procurement, and civil works.
•  Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in translation, administrative documentation, or construction-related projects is an advantage.
