Staff PPIC

PT Samsung Print and Pack Indonesia is a manufacturing company specializing in paper shopping bags, gift boxes, and various printed materials using modern production facilities and established production expertise. We are currently seeking a Staff PPIC to support production planning, inventory control, and coordination across departments to ensure smooth manufacturing operations aligned with demand and capacity.

•  Create production plans based on sales orders and forecasts
•  Arrange production schedules according to machine capacity and manpower availability
•  Ensure availability of raw materials to support production activities
•  Monitor production progress to ensure alignment with planning schedules
•  Control inventory of raw materials, work in progress, and finished goods
•  Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and production departments regarding material and scheduling needs
•  Prepare routine production and inventory reports for management review 

•  Minimum 3–5 years experience in PPIC or production planning
•  Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, or related field
•  Understanding of production planning and inventory control concepts
•  Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems
•  Ability to analyze production data and coordinate cross-functional teams
•  Strong accuracy in handling data and production documentation
•  Good communication skills for inter-department coordination
