Engineer MEP (Mekanikal, Elektrikal, Plumbing)

PT. Rinjani Cipta Angkasa Utama Jawa Tengah is seeking an experienced MEP Engineer to support project design, coordination, and implementation for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems in building construction projects. The role involves design support, technical evaluation, cost coordination, and site supervision to ensure project quality and compliance. 

• Assist in preparing design drawings and specifications for HVAC, electrical distribution, lighting, fire protection, and plumbing systems
• Perform load calculations, energy simulations, and technical evaluations to ensure efficiency, safety, and code compliance
• Review shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and respond to RFIs
• Conduct site inspections during construction or tenant fit-out to verify installation quality and design intent
• Coordinate budgeting, cost estimation, and procurement for MEP systems
• Break down project scope into detailed timelines and milestones
• Communicate with project owners, consultants, engineers, and other stakeholders
• Ensure project execution aligns with design, schedule, and budget
• Prepare periodic progress reports

1. Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.
2. About 3–7 years in building MEP systems design
3. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP/BIM, and HVAC load analysis tools.
4. Familiar with Building Management Systems (BMS), energy-efficiency standards, and local regulations/codes.
5. Detail‑oriented problem‑solving and coordination skills.
