Responsible for building and implementing the human resources and administrative system of the Indonesian company from scratch, ensuring all HR operations fully comply with local labor laws and regulations, Manage company welfare and insurance programs, including but not limited to registering and maintaining employee health insurance, pension insurance, etc.; handle daily welfare inquiries and coordinate insurance claim settlements.


Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :

  • Responsible for building and implementing the human resources and administrative system of the Indonesian company from scratch, ensuring all HR operations fully comply with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Familiar with local recruitment channels, independently manage the entire local recruitment process in Indonesia, and promptly meet the business's talent needs.
  • Manage company welfare and insurance programs, including but not limited to registering and maintaining employee health insurance, pension insurance, etc.; handle daily welfare inquiries and coordinate insurance claim settlements.
  • Responsible for monthly salary calculation and disbursement; formulate and implement annual salary adjustment and bonus plans.
  • Develop and implement local team performance plans based on the headquarters' performance policies to achieve a closed-loop performance evaluation process.
  • Assist management in talent management, team development, and organizational culture building to ensure the company culture is effectively implemented.


Kualifikasi Pekerjaan :

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources or related field; at least 2 years of comprehensive HR experience, with cross-border Fintech industry experience preferred.
  • Fluent in Chinese (written and spoken), with spoken Chinese as a working language.
  • Have Certificate HSK
  • Familiar with local labor laws and policies; proficient in handling employment risks and labor disputes to effectively mitigate business risks.
  • Strong recruitment expertise, capable of accurately identifying talent profiles and quickly fulfilling recruitment requirements.
  • Experience working in Chinese-funded enterprises or understanding of Chinese culture, with cross-cultural communication and employee management skills.
  • High business sensitivity, good collaboration awareness, and affinity; skilled at integrating resources to drive goal achievement.
  • Possess a startup mindset, able to adapt to a fast-changing environment and withstand the pressure of rapid business expansion.
  • Willing to work in Tangerang.
