Studio Consultant

The Studio Consultant serves as the welcoming face of ABC Cooking Studio and plays a key role in delivering an excellent customer experience. This position is responsible for engaging visitors, introducing available programs and classes, and assisting customers in selecting and registering for courses that best suit their needs.

The Studio Consultant also contributes to achieving sales targets through a friendly, consultative approach while building strong relationships with customers. In addition, this role supports and leads introductory classes for new learners, ensuring a warm, enjoyable, and memorable first experience at ABC Cooking Studio.

• Welcome and assist visitors at the studio.
• Explain programs and classes to customers.
• Recommend suitable courses and support class registration.
• Achieve assigned sales targets.
• Deliver or assist with introductory classes.
• Maintain positive customer relationships and experience.

1. Proven experience in sales with strong target-oriented performance (sales background).
2. Passionate or interested in the culinary field.
3. Excellent communication skills, particularly for teaching or training purposes.
4. Strong customer service skills, able to create a positive and memorable customer experience.
5. English proficiency in speaking, reading, and listening.
6. Minimum education: Diploma Degree, any major.
7. Employment commitment: minimum 1 year as part of company regulations.
8. Experience in the food industry is considered an advantage.
