Internship Site Supervisor
PT KLNR Real Estate is developing a premium villa project and is offering an internship opportunity as an Internship Site Supervisor. This role provides hands-on experience in construction and property development, involving on-site supervision, technical coordination, and construction documentation support.
Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :
- Assist in daily on-site construction supervision activities
- Monitor construction progress according to project schedules
- Support material inspection upon delivery to the site
- Assist in project documentation and record-keeping
- Coordinate with contractors, foremen, and vendors on site
- Support supervision to ensure work follows drawings and technical specifications
- Prepare simple and periodic construction progress reports
Kualifikasi Pekerjaan :
- Final-year student or fresh graduate(Bachelor’s degree)in Civil Engineering or Architecture
- Basic understanding of construction workflows and site activities
- Able to read and interpret technical drawings
- Familiar with AutoCAD and/or SketchUp
- Willing to be based full-time on the project site
- Basic knowledge of construction materials and building methods
