IT Project Manager

 PT. Mitra Solusi Teknologi Terdepan (MSTT) merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang Teknologi Informasi (IT) dan e-Commerce. Saat ini kami membuka kesempatan bagi kandidat profesional untuk bergabung sebagai IT Project Manager (IT PM) yang akan bertanggung jawab dalam mengelola, memonitor, dan memastikan proyek pengembangan aplikasi berjalan sesuai dengan scope, timeline, serta kebutuhan klien, khususnya pada sistem CBAS (Credit Bureau Automation System) dan LOS (Loan Origination System). 

• Responsible for monitoring running projects and Change Requests, including bug fixing and problem analysis on Server VM, web, and CBAS (Credit Bureau Automation System) & LOS (Loan Origination System) applications.
• Monitor Change Requests from user clients, from development phase until deployment.
• Plan the project by creating timelines, schedules, and coordinating meetings (Zoom/onsite).
• Define project scope in collaboration with senior management.
• Create detailed work plans and sequence project activities to ensure successful completion.
• Determine and manage project resources, including time, budget, and required tools.
• Execute and control the project according to the approved project plan.
• Design and execute test plans, scenarios, scripts, and procedures, including analysis and reporting of test results.
• Coordinate with the development team to analyze issues and resolve bugs or errors.
• Document, evaluate, and report project progress while applying strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.

• Pendidikan minimal S1 jurusan Teknik Komputer/Teknik Informatika/Manajemen Informatika atau setara.
• Memahami SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
• Memiliki pemahaman dasar mengenai jaringan komputer dan pemrograman.
• Mampu bekerja dengan data dan sistem yang kompleks.
• Memiliki SIM C dan kendaraan pribadi menjadi nilai tambah.
