Associate Attorney
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Associate Attorney to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality legal services to our diverse clientele. As an Associate Attorney at IURIS, you will work closely with senior attorneys and clients, delivering exceptional legal solutions tailored to their specific needs.
Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :
• Conduct legal research and provide legal opinions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents and contracts.
• Represent clients in legal proceedings and provide litigation support.
• Assist in developing case strategies and managing case files.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their legal needs and provide strategic advice.
• Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
• Participate in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
• Work closely with the senior legal team on complex cases and projects.
Kualifikasi Pekerjaan :
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• 0-5 years of experience in a law firm or corporate legal department.
• Experience in courtroom litigation.
• Background in criminal law.
• Experience in corporate law and intellectual property.
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive and detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
