Ticketing Staff

We are looking for a professional and experienced Ticketing Staff to join our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling ticketing processes and supporting travel-related operations, ensuring smooth and accurate service delivery.

1. Handle flight bookings, ticket issuance, rebooking, and cancellations
2. Coordinate travel arrangements in accordance with company needs
3. Ensure accuracy of ticketing data and documentation
4. Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
5. Support daily operational tasks related to ticketing services

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a travel agency
• Strong knowledge of airline ticketing systems and procedures
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
