Group Reservation Team

PT Permata Andalan Wisata (US Travel) is a travel company specializing in flight reservations and travel services. The Group Reservation Team is responsible for managing airline group reservations and ticketing processes, including coordination with internal teams and airlines, handling deposits, and ensuring timely ticket issuance for group travel needs.

• Handle airline group reservation requests from internal departments.
• Search and secure seat availability and flight options for group bookings.
• Provide airline ticket options and competitive pricing based on group requirements.
• Coordinate and negotiate with airlines regarding group reservations and fares.
• Monitor deposit deadlines in accordance with airline policies.
• Manage timelines for group ticket issuance.
• Prepare and process airline deposit payments for group bookings.
• Monitor and follow up on airline deposit refund or claim processes.
• Prepare and submit regular reports related to group reservations and ticketing.

• Minimum education: High School/Vocational School; Tourism Academy or SMIP graduates are preferred.
• Possess relevant ticketing or tourism certification.
• Minimum 3years of experience in group reservation and airline ticketing.
• Proficient in GDS systems such as Galileo and Altea.
• Strong understanding of domestic and international airline reservation processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Professional working proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experienced in handling multiple reservation processes in parallel within defined workflows.
