Golden Steps Learning Center is seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educator to support children’s holistic development in a joyful, nurturing, and structured learning environment. The selected candidate will work closely with the team and parents to create meaningful learning experiences for young children.
Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :
• Plan and implement creative, developmentally appropriate learning activities
• Deliver engaging play-based learning experiences
• Support children’s cognitive, social, emotional, and motor skill development
• Maintain a safe, warm, and positive classroom environment
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate professionally with parents
• Continuously improve teaching practices and contribute to program development
Kualifikasi Pekerjaan :
• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with young children
• Strong passion for early childhood education
• Ability to creatively plan, integrate, and execute play-based activities
